Why do you 'do' (and/or teach) yoga.
When I sing (Bhakti Yoga) I am connected to my infinite and selfless nature. I do yoga to breathe, feel good, and to remember my divinity.
More about me & my (yoga) work:
I perform, lead group singing workshops, and musical satsangs with my husband Steve Gold. We offer a blend of sanskrit mantras, Native American chants, African and Sufi devotional songs. We love to invite people to celebrate the breath and spirit of singing with us, and be nourished with the healing vibrations of the voice. Simply Wonderful!

We have 2 yoga music albums. In 2008, we released "So Much Magnificence" a mix of acoustic songs and chants ideal for yoga or relaxation. In 2009, we launched an inspiring digital EP as a call to everyone to live life with authenticity. It contains the sensual remix of Let Your Heart Be Known, and Purna, an uplifting rendition of the Vedic mantra invoking infinite pureness.
