Watch a clip of the Gold's concert  | Doesn't it seem like change is everywhere? I see it in my son, my body and even the sun - it's all shifting.
Last week Steve Gold began his concert @ 8 Limbs Yoga speaking about change as they had packed the moving van that was taking them from Seattle to CA.
Steve asked us, "anyone else going through change?" and we all laughed and raised our hands.
Lasting change doesn't happen overnight. I've heard it said that "real" change takes up to NINE YEARS to be rooted into our core. (In fact, "9" is the number of completion in numerology.)
And so, I bring more change to you. For the past 3 years YogaBlaze has featured HUNDREDS of yoga events, articles, videos & teachers on this newsletter.
It's been a struggle to get the information to you in a way that can be easily read and understood.
With this in mind, the newsletter had to change. I hope that this 'new look' of YogaBlaze is a bit cleaner and more enticing to the eye.
